Linkbase is looking to enhance its outreach and engagement by hosting a series of webinars. The objective of this project is to set up a comprehensive webinar that will effectively communicate Linkbase's offerings and engage its target audience. The project involves selecting a suitable platform, designing the webinar content, and managing the logistics of the event. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital communication, event planning, and marketing strategies to ensure a successful webinar. Tasks include researching and selecting a webinar platform, creating a detailed event plan, and developing promotional materials. The project provides an opportunity for learners to gain hands-on experience in digital event management and marketing.

Linkbase Help Desk Content Development
Linkbase is seeking to enhance its user support experience by developing a comprehensive Content Hub. The goal of this project is to create a series of Help Desk articles and step-by-step feature instructions that will assist users in navigating and utilizing Linkbase's platform more effectively. This project will allow learners to apply their technical writing and communication skills, as well as their understanding of user experience design. The team will be responsible for researching existing platform features, identifying common user issues, and crafting clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. The project will focus on creating content that is both informative and accessible, ensuring that users can quickly find solutions to their problems. By the end of the project, the team will have developed a set of articles that can be easily integrated into Linkbase's existing support infrastructure.

Digital Marketing Strategy
We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use?

Sales Process Optimization
Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will evaluate our current sales process, determine bottlenecks, and create recommendations as well as new training materials. Based on research and best practices you will develop new scripts for our sales staff to use to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated and increase the conversion rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Evaluating our current sales process by speaking with sales representatives and examining our handbook and protocols. Researching industry sales processes and lead generation strategies. Create recommendations that will improve our leads and conversion rate. Writing new sales scripts for both phone calls and emails. Creating an updated sales process handbook.
